With the guidelines laid down by Central and State Government regarding Skill Development Programs, IFS Academy is taking lead in joining hands with many Institutes for achieving the goal of Skill Development. We are helping Institutes / Departments and Universities in like Schemes like PMKVY, NSDA, NSDC, Vocational Training Programs, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Programs. Our current focus areas are into Skill Development Programs in Mechanical & Civil Engineering. We sign MoU with the Institute and focus on identifying core areas where we can work on the Skill Development Programs.
IFS Academy is working with Engineering Colleges for their co-ordination of all Skill Development efforts across the country, removal of disconnect between demand and supply of skilled manpower, building the vocational and technical training framework, skill up-gradation, building of new skills and innovative thinking not only for existing jobs but also jobs that are to be created.
IFS Academy has signed MoU’s with many Engineering Institutes in Department of Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Architecture for conducting Skill Development Courses in College premises on various Design & Analysis Softwares. These programs are conducted in two ways, Classroom trainings and Instructor-Led Online trainings. After successful completion of trainings, students gets joint association Certificate between IFS Academy & the College. Top 4 performing students / batch gets placement assistance from IFS Academy Central Placement team.
Skill development program includes Short Term and Long Term training programs, Workshops, FDP’s and Online Training Programs. Based on the requirements of Colleges, IFS Academy team will prepare Value Addition Programs plan for Students. All our Faculty are certified instructors and have in depth tool and domain experience.
Students can go for internationally recognized Certification from Autodesk, Dassault Systemes, SIEMENS PLM Software, ANSYS and Bentley Systems. IFS Academy follows the teaching learning processes as per the guidelines of Central Government Skill Development Programs.
Association with IFS Academy will definitely help Institutes in enhancing their Skill Development of Students and increase their placement in turn.
